HI! Somehow I stumbled onto this page.
If I have my ducks in a row, between DNA and family trees, I may be connected here someway. Then again, I could be totally off!

    Ruel Peterson & Catharine Lehmer
    Hannah Petterson & Jacob Ross
    Ruel Ross & Elizabeth Taylor
    George Ross & Ida Rynn
Charles Herbert Ross & Lena Leva
Charles Henry Ross & Jennie Madanski
Joseph Halko (story there) & Margaret(Peggy) Mayer
    Erica Halko(ME)
    6 kiddos
    Mathew Halko
    1 kiddo

Any insight or help would be very welcome.
    Thank you
    Erica

Very interesting, Erica. Fortunately, I unexpectantly found and was able to retrieve your letter from my Spam folder. First, I do mostly “straight line” genealogy pertaining to my wife and my family histories, but second, your Peterson, Lehmer, and Taylor are strongly Susan’s ancestors from Somerset County, PA. Please send me anything you have on them, and I’ll post it and give you credit. Where are you located, and does Loflin come after Halko? Thanks for your interest,
      Larry
