+Josiah Berkey bio shows \u201cSadoris\u201d as \u201cLedoris\u201d and says that William Berkey married\u00a0Catherine\u00a0Maurer.\u00a0 Caroline did have a sister Catherine, but Jeremiah\u00a0Maurer\u2019s bio says that Catherine married Samuel Stufft. (Note from Beverly Meadows 8\/8\/18 http:\/\/files.usgwarchives.net\/pa\/somerset\/bios\/maurer-jeremiah.txt<\/a> )<\/p>\n

*It’s uncertain which, if any, of these are J & E’s children, but they are interred in Lot #1 with them, IOOF Cemetery, Stoystown. They’re probably from the next generation. Could the undated one have died in infancy? Also, some historians list Daniel and Jonathan. Could these have been first or middle names commonly used?<\/p>\n
